What We Collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and name for authentication and account management. We also track basic usage metrics (action counts, last login) to improve the product.

What We Don't Do

FreightDeck does not associate your search history with your identity. Lane searches, rate checks, and permit estimates are anonymized in all administrative and reporting views. We can see aggregate usage patterns but cannot see which lanes individual users search.

How Your Data Is Handled

• Rate Checks: Lane searches are logged anonymously for system improvement only
• Permit Estimates: Route data is anonymized in all reporting views
• Feedback: Any feedback you submit is anonymized before review
• Account Data: Your email and login status are visible for account management only

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication, user management, and anonymized usage analytics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@freightdeck.ai.
